Tijdens dit webinar geven Alexander Tolmeijer en Charlotte van den Wall Bake jou de tips die je helpen leiding te geven aan het team en om koers te houden in deze bijzondere tijd. Structurele veranderingen door corona | Alexander Tolmeijer

In het eerste gedeelte laten we een mogelijk scenario zien van de impact van de coronacrisis.

De praktijkvoering zal in ieder geval veranderen, de vraag is in welke mate en hoe je daar rekening mee kunt houden.

Onderwerpen die aan bod komen:

• Welke kengetallen zijn tijdens en na de crisis extra belangrijk geworden?
• Op welke gebieden moeten we bijsturen of juist extra aandacht geven om koers te houden?

Leidinggeven in de coronatijd | Charlotte van den Wall Bake

In dit deel van het webinar neemt Charlotte ons mee in wat er nu anders dan anders van je wordt gevraagd in je rol als leidinggevende. Niet alleen jij en je praktijk hebben flink wat te verduren gehad, de corona-maatregelen hebben ook invloed op je medewerkers. Wellicht dat sommigen angstig waren of zijn voor besmetting of zich zorgen maken over de continuïteit van de praktijk. Ook de omgang met patiënten vraagt iets anders van hen en bij een flink aantal praktijken wordt er een behoorlijk appel gedaan op de flexibiliteit van de teamleden. Dit vraagt ook wat van jou als leidinggevende (terwijl je hoofd misschien nu hoofdzakelijk staat naar het weer op de rit krijgen van je praktijk).
